How to do it: 'Lie down on your front, place your forearms on the floor and dig your toes under,' Magda explains. 'Inhale and as you exhale, lift your hips and knees off the floor. Your body should be in a straight line from the top of your head to your heels, so make sure you draw in your belly button and don't let your lower back or hips drop. Hold for as long as you can, then relax and repeat three to four times. If a full plank is too much at first, drop your knees to the floor but keep your hips up. Need more of a challenge?
